About me

I’m glad you’re here. A little bit about me: I am a recently retired contractor. For the last 20 years I have been helping customers with their home improvements. Kitchens, baths, repairs, framing, roofing, siding, windows…there wasn’t much I couldn’t improve for someone. I grew up learning all things construction through my father and grandfather, so I have been around construction my whole life. I have a passion for restoring older buildings, or properties in disrepair. After 20 years working for other people, I decided to take my skill set in a different direction. Currently, I buy turn of the century dilapidated homes and restore them to rent. For me there’s nothing more satisfying than restoring something ugly, obsolete, or even unlivable back to its former beauty or better. Over the years, I have noticed that the trades are losing skilled professionals. The tradesman who takes pride in his work seems to be a dying breed, leaving you with fewer choices to hire a qualified
